- Dave SOur stay here was wonderful. The unit was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything. Perfect lay out. Location was perfect, central, with easy access to all amenities. Dealing with Mildred was a dream. We had just met Mildred but it felt that we new each other for years. My wife and I can't wait to come back again for another visit and stay at Payne's Efficiency Units.

Fogo Island
We have had these cottages for about 10 years. We have 1,2 and 3 bedroom cottages that are opened year round. We have 3 cottages in the centre of Fogo Island next to the stadium, diner and a short walk to the pub. We also have 2 units located in Fogo overlooking the beautiful harbour with a clear view of Brimstone Head. Our units are equipped with kitchenware for cooking, all bed linens and towels, hair dryers, free wifi and satellite t.v.
